Pot-Luck-Humor - MisfitsCafe Snippets @ Special Notice #4

 

Well it's been a tad over 24 hours now, since all of you were promoted to group moderators and my staff here at the MisfitsCafe HQ has informed me that there were no problems or situations of any kind reported. --- Bravo --- I applaud all of you for your efforts in holding down the fort and keeping the lasagna flying. 

 

As most of you know by now, our groups are owned and operated by StumpySteve's MisfitsCafe (organized as a private not-for-profit voluntary association / benefit society) which includes you, the group member / moderator.  But not only that, in order for StumpySteve's MisfitsCafe  to operate in the concrete jungle with limited liability for its members (you), have bank accounts, etc. we had to create a second entity just for the sake of conducting the business affairs of the first.

 

So on Sept. 11th, 2009 we (the HQ staff / sponsors) created the MisfitsCafe.Biz LLC (Limited Liability Company) here in the state of Florida and filed the appropriate paperwork  with the IRS to be taxed as a corporation. The primary function of this company is to handle the business affairs of, and provide services for StumpySteve's MisfitsCafe & its members (you). Because of this statement, in a round-about way, you have also become a co-owner of the company based on any share-holder equity (stock / bond ie. Tip Jars) you might hold. 

 

In case you haven't heard, just for being a member of any of our groups, every member, in every group is entitled to at least one of these $100 Tip Jars, as a gift from my personal estate. If you haven't yet signed up for yours ... simply contact me personally (off group) with your name and mailing address (for check purposes) --- admin@misfitscafe.biz

 

However,the point to all of this ramble, as you can imagine, an operation of this magnitude requires a tremendous amount of time to manage and operate ... yet there are a few old timers in the group who think i have taken back the reins to the moderator's control panel and this simply is not the case. So with that said, i'd like to address that issue while giving you a bit more info regarding my function with the MisfitsCafe.

lol doubting member (aka bro) ... you had better read through those special notices and their replies again (the links are at the bottom of this post) ... this old boy ain't takin the reins back on nothing .... the HQ staff is (for legal reasons) .... i'm here in an advisory / consultant / entrepreneurial capacity only .... from my groups account here ... i have exactly the same access as you and every other member here --- and that is zilch.

 

If you could see my "mygroups" page ... i am no longer a moderator or owner of any group ... yep ... all of my little blue & gold crowns are ALL gone (woohoo even) ...  i'm serious about this ... there is no longer any need for any of that stuff ... my only function is as a MisfitsCafe Managing Director (MD-volunteer) and LLC registered agent as set forth by the laws here in the state of Florida ... and if it wasn't for those laws and articles i referred to previously ... i wouldn't even do that ... no need.

 

Technically, as part of our 1st amendment constitutional rights ... we have the right to assemble into groups as voluntary associations and/or form our own benefit societies without having to apply to any governing authority ... like a non registered church. More info here:

However, it is next to impossible to open up a business PayPal, bank account or be recognized by any other authoritative figures without that registration at state & federal levels .... so we are really (shhh) playing both sides of the fence here.

 

We have both the Private, Not-For-Profit, Unincorporated, Unregistered Voluntary Association with StumpySteve's MisfitsCafe and then created the State Registered, MisfitsCafe.Biz LLL (which applied and was accepted as a taxable corporation with the federal government / IRS) to handle ALL of our business affairs under a private contract, ie. the StumpySteve Living Trust. *winks*

 

That probably would sound very confusing to the average joe ... but for any entrepreneur who has nearly 40 years of business and tax law experience under his belt, like myself .... i just showed you the legal loop hole that many huge corporations & foundations use to make billions of dollars in profits ... yet pay little to zero dollars in taxes.  So in a nutshell, i've created a private closed loop self sustaining system for us little guys (the misfits) to use and profit from as they wish ...  (shhh) ;)

 

Also, I am truly surprised how few of our sponsors on the net have never questioned my claim that we can form a private gifting circle of misfits and exchange all of this money TAX FREE in the form of Tip Jars & the 950x monthly income programs ... yet, our last two investors / sponsors here locally both asked me about the legality of this ... and after i had them download and read IRS Publication 950 (read it for yourself here) ....

.... my cardiologist Dr. David Williams cut us check for $1,200 with a monthly pledge of $100 and Steve Pix (who bought out Heather's shares) came on board with $3,000 and a pledge of $100/month ... of course ... with those monthly pledges ... they are expecting a monthly Tax Free return of $9,500/month in the coming years.

 

So as you can see bro, i'm more involved as a coordinator, fund raiser, organizer & promoter for the MisfitsCafe than the moderator / owner of any group .... all we need to do is let the HQ staff handle all the dirty work in the background while we all entertain and educate the many newcomers who will soon be coming on board throughout all of our blogs, clubs, forums, groups, websites, etc.

 

In fact, we'll soon be launching several more niche related (on topic) public groups (or forums) soon after HQ eliminates the existing bouncers / lurkers and sets everything up on auto-pilot. For this is StumpySteve's goal ... as you will soon see, the groups will run themselves ... all we need to do is play and help those who need more info about the MisfitsCafe program (ie. refer them to admin).
