Good Morning Joe, George & ALL ... and you all are so right about
the snowbirds. They'll be flying in over the next couple of months
... to where by the new year we'll have a full house that will last a
couple more months. Also, i'm in the Daytona area, so during that
time we'll host the 500, bike week and a couple of spring breaks.
