Oh----isn't this just creepy! And, it can't be very healthy. Who was that celebrity that said "You can never be to rich or too thin"? Was she ever wrong!
As with everything else in life, extremes of anything are never good. As my dear old Pops used to say "moderation in everything is the key to life".
