Pot-Luck-Humor - ALL MEMBERS @ Special Notice #3

If you are reading this email, then you have been promoted to group Moderator. See, i told you this would be a walk in the park. Yep, it's that simple. As previously stated in the last notice ... every new (and existing) member will be carefully screened prior to joining (or allowed to stay in) the group, by a well trained, experienced and now qualified staff here at the MisfitsCafe HQ. 
 
So what does this mean to you as one of our moderators?
 
Very simple really, as a registered MisfitsCafe member / group moderator ... you simply do what you like to do best ... chat, share or lurk even. You can even change you email settings once approved / registered. Anyways, it's the same ole, same ole on the basic rules. Like no bitching, moaning or groaning (to loud), no spamming of commercial or other group links (unless you are a paying PROmisfit yourself) ... and absolutely no abusive behavior towards any other member. Say what you wish about any person, place or thing outside of this group ... but never with the intent of hurting another inside member
 
Therefore, if you happen to see another member posting something questionable (which could violate Yahoo's TOS) ... OR ... spam .... or flaming of another member (or yourself) ... instead of trying to correct the situation yourself and possibly disrupting the flow of the board .... simply forward the whole email that's in question to the groups owners email address listed on our Home Page ... OR ... even better, email them directly to our staff at: admin@misfitscafe.biz 
 
Either way, let our staff handle the dirty work in the background ... leaving you & i free to play here in the group. If this works out right ... you the group moderator will be the watch dog of all the emails flowing through the group ... while the staff, who are NOT allowed to participate at the group level ... will handle the approval, processing and possible disciplinary actions in the future from a more personal level. 
 
Even more simply put ... you the moderators are watching many of the individual post ... while the HQ staff are all on NO group mail ... and only do one on ones with any issues in the background. I do believe this will allow for a more enjoyable, peaceful and less stressful group over all. And of course, as always, if any existing member wishes to challenge this new approach themselves ... they will quickly be placed on moderated post with a warning.
 
See ... i told ya this would be easier than that damn old control panel. Personally, i'm loving it already ... but then again, i've got a 24 hour head start on the rest of ya ... haha ... yep @ it's good to be free. :-)
 
So with that said, i'm open to any questions up to this point and notice #4 will most likely come in the AM. BTW: if you are one who has not yet registered for your free $100 Tip Jar, just for being a member, than read this post:
