WOW Ernie, you're breaking my heart here. However, i do realize you've had your own struggles recently and our previous conversation must have slipped your mind. You even responded back being sorry about my cancer, giving best wishes on my business endeavors and telling me how the c-note i sent you in '08 was lost in the mail. What do they call that disease? -- oh yeah, that one -- lol

 

Anyways, a quick overview / reminder ... the MisfitsCafe.Biz LLC is the managing hub for all of my business & personal affairs. Set up like a living trust (LLC) here in the state of Florida. It's a way for me to pass out my estate (without probate) to you all (the misfits), the beneficiaries (the members). I gave you two $500 Tip Jars (shares) to start ... with one more each year on your birthday ... whenever you tell me when that is --- nothing like begging to give away cash. - lmao

 

If i know you, your next question will be, "WTF is a damn Tip Jar" ...  well Ernie, that is what you were wishing me luck on about my biz ... and that is when i knew you missed the point then. So to help bring you up to date, try this post ...
