Re: MisfitsCafe.com - Welcome Chandrashekar Subramanian of India & Thank You !!!

Hi James, think of the Tip Jars as a hybrid between a corporate share of stock and a US Savings Bond which has a $500 face value. Because of medical situations personally ... i changed what was once going to be a corporate style of business into a living trust instead. I poured all of my personal & business assets into my own private trust which i call the StumpySteve's Living Trust ... then my family, friends & i formed a Florida based company called the MisfitsCafe.Biz LLC to manage that trust after my passing. We also filed the needed paperwork with the feds in order to be treated & taxed as a not for profit corporate business entity.

My primary asset was a computer program i created back in the 70's when i worked in banking and with the NSA / Military Intelligence as a Fortran IV computer programmer. We figured if i was to acquire the patent and sell this program in today's corporate market, it would produce two billion US dollars for a measly investment of only forty million dollars. However, instead of pursuing this route (which would have cost a small fortune up front) with the already wealthy mega corporations, i chose to bust the programs value into shares which i call Tip Jars (TJ's) and let everyday folks like you & me capitalize from its income producing capabilities.

In a nutshell, my little  "private" misfits trust company took my estate and created four million TJ's (shares) with a $500 face value each to be given away freely as gifts (with only a $10 admin fee) to all of my friends, family and group members who i have collectively labeled as the misfits, or the beneficiaries to my trust (estate). My trust fiduciary, MisfitsCafe.Biz LLC  is to oversee all of this activity (in my behalf) for the members of the MisfitsCafe group, even after i am gone.

Therefore, my goal is to give away as many of these TJ's as possible at the rate of one per beneficiary (member) and another each year on their birthday. I personally pay the admin charges for these. The TJ's for each member starts out empty and begins to collect the after tax profits from the MisfitsCafe month after month. Once a TJ has accumulated $50, the beneficiary member can request a check. Once $500 has been paid from each jar to the member ... the TJ is retired, or it can be reactivated with another $10 admin fee.

Additionally, as an option only to the members, they can request extra TJ's simply by paying the one time $10 admin fee per TJ. This offer is only valid until all four million TJ's have been assigned. Then it will be up to the Managing Directors (MD's) of the MisfitsCafe if more TJ's should be created. Any members wishing to pay & add more Tip Jars to their portfolio are called PROmisfits and their TJ's earns a higher rate than those gift shares (TJ's) given away by me.

James, i just checked your MisfitsCafe account and you havethree Tip Jars with a $1,500 face value. That's one for being an active group member, another for being a bulk poster in two (or more) of our groups and the third was for your last birthday on Aug 14th. These TJ's are already earning you some tax free cash ... just nothing to write home about just yet. - lol

All in all ... this is just a creative, eccentric way of giving away my shit (something to keep me busy, until my great day in the sky - lol) ... without the state / probate crap which would have taken most of it away after i'm gone. Hope this info helped ... feel free to hit me back with any questions. -- steve :-)

Hi Shekar, you are still in the Twisted-Humor group ... we only changed the "Subject Line" to begin with MisfitsCafe.com instead of the actual group names. MisfitsCafe is the actual admin for all of our groups. The MisfitsCafe domain has been in the background since Feb 2003 ... but now is in the spotlight due to its Tip Jar program and the google powered PROmisfits mailboxes.

We found that by putting the MisfitsCafe.com in the subject line of all of its groups ... we actually eliminate all the duplicates from posters to multiple groups ... plus the replies from all of these different groups are merged into one massive thread (convos) which allows the serious groupie to go through literally thousands of emails within just a few minutes.

Of course, this only works for those using g-mail or its PROmisfits equivalent. Those with any other mail clients are still stuck with deleting tons of dupes and handling all of their replies, one by one. To much clicking for me ... hope this helped.

BTW: you have had an extra Tip Jar added to your MisfitsCafe account for your recent donation and you can also refer a friend to get one too ... AND ... if you let me know your birthday ... we'll give you another one each year, for free.

Thank You Chandrashekar Subramanian & Welcome aboard the PROmisfits train. The PROmisfits Sponsors are those who make "optional" contributions which helps support the MisfitsCafe Tip Jar program for all who are involved, including the free members. I just got word from PayPal that your Tip Jars donation has cleared - Thank You !!! -  In addition to more Tip Jars being added to your personal account ... you will also be eligible for the extra income streams that feeds those jars. More details on this coming soon. Thanks again - steve :-)

BTW: You've also been added to the MisfitsCafeTip Jar mailing list ... this is where i can talk to you personally about your own account.
