When I was 15 I went to Pensacola, FL with a friend whose family had a Ford Woody Station Wagon. I believe it was 46 or 47 model. He was only 15 also but had a hardship driver's license because his Father was dead and his Mother did not drive. They also had a 12 cylinder Lincoln, about the same model year. We slept in the vehicle. At that time my Dad had a 39 Pontiac.

He is a BMW dealer in Los Angeles and has been actively working on this collection for nearly 12 years. I thought you might enjoy seeing an incredible woodie collection. It is located just south of Downtown Los Angeles . I wish I had the address! |
