You said, "tell ya what to do do" - hmmm -- but with this work load i have at the moment ... i'd better take a rain check on that idea for now. - lol
 
The Tip Jars are granted only to registered member and work very much like owning voting stock (equity) in a public corporation ... to where you earn taxable dividends based on your level of ownership / investment. The main difference with the MisfitsCafe.Biz LLC ... is that we are a Private Not-For-Profit membership based organization. Therefore any proceeds returned to the members are tax-free (as return of equity) income from their fellow members.
 
Before i can tell you your next step(s) ... you need to tell me at what level of membership you are wanting. Right now, you are listed as a registered member with two gift shares (tip jars) from me personally. All 8,700+ members who have joined (for free) any of the MisfitsCafe Network of blogs, clubs, forums, groups, mailing list, etc. are considered Entry Level members.
 
Any of those members (beneficiaries) can register with us by providing their name and mailing address (for check purposes) and receive one free gift share (tip jar) from my personal account (called the StumpySteve Trust). Additional tip jars can also be awarded based on participation within the misfitscafe network. They can also gain one share for each new registered member they personally refer to me.
 
Optionally, any registered member can gain extra Tip Jars for each $10 they contribute / donate to the MisfitsCafe Equity Pool (also known on our books as the JAFA Fund). Since we are a not-for-profit ... all member contributions after expenses have been paid - must be returned to the members based on the total tip jar count (shares owned) for that month. This will normally work out to a few cents per month, per tip jar held.
 
ALL Tip Jars are placed on our in-house virtual carousel called the MisfitsCafe Money-Go-Round ... they get to keep going around and around, month after month, picking up spare change until each jar collects $100. Then it is retired. Members can purchase as many of these Tip Jars as they like, as often as they like, by going here:
 
 
 
PLEASE NOTE - None of the above includes any of the MisfitsCafe Google Apps Premier Edition mailboxes (or other tools / toys). Nor does it include any of the preselected 950x monthly income options. For those, a member would have to set up a monthly pledge (subscription) of $10 (or more) ...
 
MONTHLY PLEDGE OPTIONS - i would almost say that the following is an unbelievable offer ... except it's coming from me, the old stump dog.   Sorry, that is as high as i'm willing to work towards for now, while staying within a reasonable maturity window*. However, i will reserve the option to add additional income levels as we grow ... since this will be going beyond the group(s) level.
 
* Please note that these upper levels of monthly income could take 3 to 4 years to reach the full goal ... from the time the actual pledge begins ... however, they do start earning right away while gradually increasing month after month.
 
... so as you can see, you have many options in which to choose ... and whatever that may be ... it is fine & dandy from this end. Just let me know what you want to do. i was very  upset too when we lost those accounts..i am sure i didnt lose anywhere  near as much as you but i lost stuff ..i was sad...

  ok i registered  at ur cafe..but i am lost now...  i dont know..is there something i should DO next??
thanks for the two tip jar thingies..dont understand that ..i read all your info and i still dont understand..am i supposed to DO something w/ that..

Nothing new Laura, it's the same ole misfits vision i brought with me when coming back online in '97 - (as disclosed on the front page of TH with the 4million concept - lol) ... as you already know, yahell deleted our old yahoomisfits domain & websites back in Dec. '08, due to multiple TOS violations ... that was a killer for me ... for i had much of my online life archived on that site ... not to mention all the money that had been invested.
 
Anyways, i learned a valuable lesson there ... not to put all my eggs in one basket ... and try to make sure that if one of our users (members) happens to violate a web host TOS .... that the whole domain / site doesn't get jerked down as a result thereof.
 
So with that said ... my first move in Dec '08 was to launch my own personal server / domain / website ... then organize in a way, so that the misfits could move back in at the public level ... while keeping anything adult or questionable hidden behind closed doors.

... what you see there is only the public side. You would have to register, then by request be added to a special roster in order to see any of the kinky stuff. As you can see, some of our members here at TH maintain public blogs there. Most of the content tho is behind the scenes away from prying eyes and search engines. And only registered paying members get to see what lies beyond. This was only the web based solution away from yahoo, just in case our groups also went *poof* ... which many do, from time to time ...
 
... that also left an email situation to be resolved ... so in March of '09, i created the MisfitsCafe.Biz utilizing the Premier Edition of Google Apps ... this is the same web based professional users / membership tools that many corporations, universities and governments use ... like the the 38,000+ city employees of Washington DC.
 
While most of our members are primarily interested in the professional level biz class email that comes with this package ... there is also a huge bundle of toys (tools) that are built in so that ... everything can be accessed through their inbox with one single loggin. Back on Sept 11, 2009 ... i filed all the needed documents with the state of FL to become a legit Limited Liability Company (LLC) ... and with the Federal Government to be recognized as a corporation for tax purposes. Here is our Annual Report for 2010 ...
 
 
 
In our Organization Agreement, it is set so that we remain a Not-For-Profit LLC and return any unused monies back to the members (co-owners) based on equity shares (tip jars) held by the members, each and every month. I give every member who establishes an account with the LLC at least one tip jar as a gift from my own personal account. I gave you two, back when you rejoined the TH group.

Beginning Oct 1st, we also added a new "monthly income option" for any of our members who maintain a monthly pledge of $10 / month or greater. This is called the 950x plan and can generate each member anywhere from $950 / monthly to $9,500 / monthly in just a few short years (depending on their average monthly pledge level). 
 
Thus for many, the mailboxes, blogs etc. are only options now. So as you can see ... depending on the interest level of each individual member ...  we can customize a package to suite their personal goals ... and to think ... all of this is in the name of having fun at  the same time. - lol
