If you haven't heard Gov't Mule before, they are likened to a cross of Cream and the Allman Brothers. To me, they sound like a very muscular Little Feat. But then the two founding members, Warren Haynes and Allen Woody, were once members of the Allman Brothers. Sad to
say but Allen Woody is now an ex-member of Gov't Mule as well because he died around eight years ago. "High and Mighty" is a post-Woody effort and came out a couple of years ago. This is a rousing rocking album. Imagine Paul Rodgers fronting ACDC. I play this loud so I can set off the neighbor's car alarm. The same frigging car alarm that goes off at three in the morning. This music is also great to make Jehovah Witnesses drop their Watchtowers and run away. Music of the devil, don't you know.

"Life's Journey" is not to arrive at the group safely in
a well preserved body, but rather to slide in sideways,
totally worn out, shouting ... Holy Moly!! What a Ride!!
