I have come to a conclusion... you can eat almost anything   almost  depends on the preparation....  but gar (aligator fish)  are gross

BTW, WHEN I FIRST WENT TO PA. I WAS TOLD I CCOULDN'T EAT CAT FISH THEY WERE POISON. I TOLD THEM IF THAT WAS TRUE; EVERYBODY IN THE SOUTH WOULD BE DEAD!   LOL
